The Boys? Life Growth Award (End-of-Year) recognizes and thanks BSA professionals who have achieved a 3 percent or greater Boys? Life subscription growth from Dec. 31, 2011, to Dec. 31, 2012.

BSA professionals who have a responsibility to promote Boys? Life subscription sales qualify for the award. Regional and area executives qualify when their area of service qualifies.

Qualifications

1. Has served in the position for at least four months prior to Dec. 31, 2012.
2. Has a minimum of 200 Boys? Life subscriptions in the area of service on Dec. 31, 2012.
3. Shows a gain of at least 3 percent in the number of Boys? Life subscriptions on Dec. 31, 2012, compared to Dec. 31, 2011, and/or serves 68 percent or more of Boys? Life membership* on Dec. 31, 2012.

Fax (972-580-2079) or email (lillian.cross@scouting.org) the 2012 Boys? Life Growth Award (End-of-Year) application by Jan. 31, 2013, to submit your qualified BSA professionals.

* Boys? Life membership is the total of Tiger Cubs, Cub Scouts, Webelos Scouts, Boy Scouts, and Varsity Scouts in the area of service. Do not include Venturers or Learning for Life participants.
