Learning Management Systems Manager - ASTD Job Bank

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: Three to five years of training experience in developing curriculum for Instructor lead and online training. A Bachelor's Degree in Business is preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Proven ability in time management and must be able to handle multiple priorities. Must have strong project management or project lead experience with demonstrated capacity for embracing change and learning new technologies. Must be proficient with learning management systems, specifically Sum Total Systems and have expert-level proficiency on the Microsoft Office Suite. Must have advanced knowledge and experience with the following: Lectora, Snag-It, Captivate, Adobe Flash, HTML, SCORM, AICC, and Articulate. Must have a working knowledge of content workflow and web site development. Must be able to create multi-media solutions that include video. The ability to organize and lead multiple teams, satisfy customers' requirements, adhere to deadlines, establish priorities, and multitask is required. Superior collaboration, critical thinking, organization, follow-up, and communication (verbal and written) skills are required and essential to success in this position, as is superior attention to detail.
