Channel Sales Manager ( IT )

Responsibilities:
-
Ability to forecast sales targets and action plans to achieve targets
-
Proactively engage, groom, develop and manage channel/reseller partners
-
Planning joint activities with channel/reseller partners in support of business requirements
-
Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers, ensure sales target committed are met
-
Manage shortfall efficiently with new ideas in order to meet sales quota
-
Responsible for understanding needs and resourceful in providing the most appropriate solutions
-
Lead and supervise sales/purchases staffs and direct their efforts to achieve target
-
Responsible for strategic planning & implementation of annual sales operating plan
-
Focus and drive the sales team to deliver exceptional results in achieving the annual sales operating plan
Requirements:
-
Degree in Business/Information Technology related field
-
Knowledge of IT products and channel/account management is preferred
-
At least 5 years sales experience on channel/reseller partners sales and 2 years in managerial role
-
Assertive and confident
-
Strong leadership skills
-
Positive and winning attitude
-
Good people relationship (internal and external)
-
Has extensive network
