| Job Description: | - Reports to CEO
- Supervises team of 4 direct reports
- VP, Property Management:
Responsible for the overall management and performance of all real estate (Commercial Class A Mixed Use Office/Retail) - Manages all properties for the organization to include activities concerned with maintenance, security, facilities and the property management associations.
|
| Traits & Skills Required: | - Bachelor?s Degree from a four-year college or university with a major in Business Administration or related field required.
- Active Real Estate License and/or CPM or RPA designation preferred
- Proven Commercial Property Management experience providing tenant delight at Class A properties
- Strong knowledge and ?understanding of CAM
- Interface and respond as the local community knowledge base to tenants, external auditors, contractors, staff and engineers
- Strong ability to communicate and to make presentations to Executive Leadership Team/Board
- Proven experience in developing budgets & in people development
